Roman
Financial Advisors announce a unique package, built on two concepts
that do not usually appear in the same sentence: fun and financial
planning.
This
four-day package invites you to escape. Escape your routine and
all the obligations that dominate your daily life. Get away from
ringing phones, the kids, the television, meetings, and so forth,
and come spend four days in one of the most beautiful cities in
America.
San
Diego offers some of the best weather on the planet, attractions
like Sea World and an internationally-famous Zoo, some of the best
restaurants and best theater you can find anywhere, and the lure
of a quick trip across the border to Tijuana. Get free of your daily
routine, come for a four-day weekend, spend some quality time together,
and clear your mind. Because we've got work to do on one of those
days.
On
Friday, you'll spend the entire day with Ted Roman, CFP, and that
day will go to a full-scale Ask the Advisor. We'll make a comprehensive
survey of your current financial status, review your long-term plans
and establish specific goals, and then we'll develop a long-range
financial plan that will help you achieve them. This plan will include
retirement planning, investment recommendations, an insurance review,
education planning, income tax planning, and the opportunity to
ask every one of your financial questions.
Here's
how it will work.
Day
1 (Thursday) Say goodbye to everything that dominates your daily
schedule, arrive in San Diego, get settled (we'll help you arrange
lodging in advance), and go out to dinner (we have lots of recommendations,
from top-of-the-line restaurants to some secret favorite spots at
more modest prices).
Day
2 (Friday) Spend the entire day with Ted Roman at his office
in the classic Hillcrest district of San Diego. The morning
session (which begins at 8:30) goes to a comprehensive review of
your financial situation, goal-setting, creating a vision, and to
working through some personal and financial assessment exercises.
We'll
pause for lunch together at a nearby restaurant and maybe time for
a walk in Balboa Park, only a few minutes away from the office.
Then
back for another three-hour session, beginning at 1:30. Now we'll
complete our work together, devising specific strategies for such
issues as retirement, education, investments, and tax planning.
By the time we're done at 4:30, we should have answered your questions,
made a series of concise recommendations, and have you on your way
to financial security and to realizing your goals. Then we'll take
you out to a dinner in a place you won't forget.
Day
3 (Saturday) This day belongs to you-spend it exploring and
enjoying San Diego. But if any questions have come up overnight,
pick up the phone and call Ted, or (if necessary) we'll get together
for a short meeting to answer them.
Day
4 (Sunday) One last day in San Diego-finish up your weekend,
check out, and head for home.
After You Get Home
This
package lasts four days, but we don't want to lose touch with you.
We want to maintain contact, follow your progress toward financial
security and toward your goals, and answer any questions you may
have down the road. Toward that end, we'd like to schedule future
quarterly reviews. These will keep us updated on your progress,
help you with specific financial issues, and keep you on track toward
your vision for the future. We'll call you to arrange these.
Fun
and financial planning do not usually appear in the same sentence,
but we think that-working together-we can make them happen. We want
you to come and spend a couple of days enjoying San Diego-and give
us one full day of focused financial planning. We think you'll leave
San Diego confident that your financial goals are on track and will
arrive at home with the peace of mind that comes from having a financial
plan in place.
Price:
$1800, plus $600 a quarter if you choose to continue with quarterly
reviews.
Price
does not include travel, lodging, rental car, or meals, though we
can assist you in finding lodging and you will be our guest for
two meals on Friday.
Note
that a portion of this expense may be tax-deductible.
